DEKRA Tag.it helps to deliver content directly to recipients in need. Using wireless devices that continuously send a radio signal, users can call up text-, image-, and video-based information on site via smartphone. The wireless devices can be located anywhere and thus provide quick access to safety information in production halls, room occupancy plans, or maintenance instructions for machines, sent to a smartphone or AR glasses. Information can be provided as a simple graphic, a several-minute video explaining a machine, or a multi-page PDF manual.
The three core components of the system are beacons, small Bluetooth transmitters, attached in places where information needs to be accessible. The system includes the beacon content management system, in which the user populates the beacons with instructional content, and the app, through which the end users retrieve this content.
DEKRA Tag.it can be used in any environment where users want to make information available. DEKRA Tag.it’s reporting system allows you to track whether the content is actually being used. On request, the experts implement a function that allows you to see which information has been accessed and how often.
Worldwide Usability
No matter whether the language spoken is German, English, French, or Spanish – the DEKRA Tag.it beacon content management system can be used worldwide! Other languages can be provided upon request. The DEKRA Tag.it app is available in German and English and free of charge for both iOS and Android.

What a Showstopper!
As a theater professional, Felix Malkowski likes to take a leading role on stage. Yet he does not expect applause from the stands and stalls. His role is to ensure the safety of the event technology – and the DEKRA expert tends to take over the entire theater to do so. He is currently on duty at the Munich Kammerspiele.
Big Data: More Resilience instead of Optimization
The Corona pandemic in particular has made it clear to many companies how sensitive their supply chain really is. Two years ago, the focus of process optimization in logistics was still on just-in-time delivery, shortening turnaround times, or higher throughputs in loading processes. Now it is all about resilience, stability, and safety reserves. Big data analysis can help.
